Michael Senger

Michael Senger is an energetic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Professional with almost 15 years experience in both online marketing and marketing communications. Prior to StoneMass, Michael successfully led the launch of BlendStream, a web marketing firm. Michael also was the Sr. Manager, Web Strategy at both Websense and Modern Postcard where he developed the online strategy supporting the company's business objectives.

Prior to that, Michael spent 8 years at Symantec, directing their Global Online Marketing initiatives leading a diverse global team of matrixed team leaders and digital/online agencies leading to successful global results. He was a recipient of numerous awards including "Best E-Zine Website" by the Web Marketing Association and "2005 ClickZ Marketing Excellence" Award for Internet marketing programs targeting the Executive level IT audience.

Michael also serves as Board President for the San Diego Direct Marketing Association. The San Diego Direct Marketing Association (SDDMA)-one of the industry's most respected marketing organizations- serves as a valuable resource to local professionals for results-driven direct marketing techniques, creative strategies, and educational and networking opportunities.

Michael has a MBA in Marketing Information Technology from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

April Edwards

April offers progressive web, flash and graphic design services. She is an expert at communicating a client's vision in an imaginative, timely and professional manner. Through her vast experience, she has gained an understanding of clients' needs and the ability to effectively translate them into visually appealing materials that meet their overall goals.

April is a Cleveland Institute of Art graduate with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and a Minor in Technology Integrated Media Arts.

Blaine Slingerland

Blaine offers web, graphic design, 3-D animation and video services. He has extensive experience writing web languages XHTML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, and PHP. He is astute with web programs Adobe Flash, CS4 and Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop CS4, Illustrator CS4, and ImageReady.

Blaine is a Platt College graduate with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic / Multimedia design

Timothy Beck

Timothy Beck's considerable skills and experience in software and systems engineering management has made him successful in the technology field solving real world problems. Tim began working at SAIC in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer. There he was responsible for the design of the DOT COMPASS Single Sign-On Database functionality and for creating the software architecture used for the Visual Targeting Studio using in NIDS (SAIC developed application).

Prior to that Tim worked at JDS Solutions as an application developer and IntelliServe LLC, as a Managing Partner.

Tim has a Degree in Computer Engineering from UCLA and a Software Engineering Degree from the National University in San Diego.

Victor Lin

Victor Lin is a web marketer focusing on web analytics and web design and development. With experience on both the client and agency side, he brings a dynamic approach to web marketing as well as an analytical mindset to track and improve online user experience. Before working with StoneMass, Victor worked at Sapient for a major B2B client. Prior to Sapient, he also worked for Websense, helping them improve their corporate website.

Victor is a graduate of University of California, Irvine with a degree in International Studies.

Sandra Piccillo

Sandra Piccillo has written copy for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, direct response mail and email campaigns, websites, search engine optimization and pay-per-click campaigns. During her marketing career, Sandra has worked as a marketing manager for software and database companies in the following industries: media, telecommunications, financial services, utilities and business process management. Ms. Piccillo has also contributed articles on marketing to the Boston Business Journal, the San Antonio Business Journal, Home Furnishings Executive, and AMA
Marketing News.

Michelle has an extensive background in both client agency management and database operations. Prior to joining Stonemass, she was the Operations Manager at Medical Staffing Servcies. Previously, she managed both client and database operations for Benefit Nations, a subsidary of Bertelsmann AG, that provides document lifecycle solutions to industries including managed care, financial services, pharmaceutical, insurance, manufacturing, benefits consulting, and associations.
